COVID-19
Tanaman kelor dapat digunakan untuk
meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh.

Quercetin
tergolong ke dalam flavonol, suatu senyawa flavonoid dengan kandungan utama
polifenol yang banyak terdapat pada sayuran dan buah-buahan.

Infeksi
COVID 19 merupakan proses infeksi yang meliputi berbagai organ. Injuri pada
organ selain sistem pernafasan merupakan ciri khas infeksi COVID 19 yang sering
menimbulkan kematian. Terdapatnya reseptor ACE2 di seluruh tubuh seperti di sel
syaraf, pembuluh darah, jantung, ginjal, sistem cerna memudahkan virus menyebar
keseluruh organ tubuh.
PERAN QUERCETIN PADA PEMBULUH DARAH
SARS-COV-2 dapat menyebabkan sejumlah komplikasi
destruksi endotel kapiler dan proses hiperkoagulasi pada organ organ yang
mengekspresikan reseptor ACE2, seperti jantung, saluran cerna,
ginjal, dan hati.
PERAN QUERCETIN
PADA SISTEM SYARAF
Pada infeksi COVID 19
ditemukan banyak gejala dengan anosmia dan augesia, hal ini karena terjadi
proses perjalanan Virus menggunakan
transpor aksonal retrograde untuk mencapai badan sel neuron di sistem saraf
pusat, dapat terjadi melalui jaringan sistem olfaktorius, pernapasan, dan saraf
enterik.Transpor neuronal retrograde melalui jalur penciuman adalah rute
melalui reseptor ACE2 sel silia penciuman.
QUERCETIN PADA SISTEM HEPATOSELULER DAN ALBUMIN
Quercetin mempunyai efek
proteksi terhadap hati pada injuri infeksi COVID 19 dan menjaga nilai normal
enzim hati.

yang tinggi terhadap reseptor Mpro SARS-CoV-2 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa
tanaman kelor merupakan Immune Booster terhadap SARS-CoV-2 (COVID 19).

3.1 Quercetin dan efek anti inflamasi
Anti-inflamasi flavonoid seperti quercetin efektif
menghambat produksi prostaglandin E2 yang diinduksi lipopolisakarida (LPS).

Pada tatalaksana infeksi COVID 19 diperlukan anti oksidan, karena Proses hiperinflamasi COVID-19 terjadi kerusakan akibat proses inflamasi yang berat
banyak kerusakan dan injuri pada organ tubuh. Di saluran nafas bawah terjadi Neutrophils
melepas reactive oxygen species dan
proteinases, yang dapat menghancurkan sel yang terinfeksi. Radikal bebas yang dihasilkan oleh kerusakan tersebut,
harus diimbangi dengan pemberian obat obatan anti oksidan. .
4.1 Quercetin dan glutation
Salah satu penyebab utama
kerusakan dan peradangan paru-paru adalah ketidakseimbangan kadar oksidan dan antioksidan.
GSH adalah tiol tripeptida yang ada di mana-mana yang merupakan antioksidan
pelindung intra dan ekstra seluler yang vital terhadap stres oksidatif, yang
juga memainkan peran kunci dalam kontrol proses pensinyalan dan pro-inflamasi di
paru-paru. Quercetin dikenal dengan efek anti-inflamasi, antihipertensi dan
vasodilator, serta aktivitas sebagai anti-obesitas, anti-hiper-kolesterolemia
dan anti-aterosklerotik.

Diketahui infeksi
COVID 19 merupakan infeksi virus yang sangat melumpuhkan kondisi imunitas
tubuh,merupakan hal yang tidak mungkin beberapa kasus terdapat infeksi sekunder
bakterial pada kasus infeksi virus.

Hipertensi diketahui terjadi cedera endotel pemuluh
darah , terutama pada orang tua dan tromboemboli yang dipicu oleh cedera
endotel menjadi salah satu komplikasi penting hasil penyakit pada COVID-19.
Hipertensi adalah kontributor utama perkembangan penyakit kardiovaskular dan
ginjal dan menjai peningkatan risiko penyakit parah setelah infeksi SARS-CoV-2,
pengelolaan hipertensi yang optimal dapat berkontribusi pada prognosis yang
lebih baik. Pengelolaan hipertensi pada pandemi COVID-19 mencegah perkembangan
CVD dalam jangka Panjang.

Moringa Oleifera memiliki aktivitas
antihiperglikemik dengan menghambat enzim -glukosidase pada brush border usus halus. Efek penghambatan
ini dapat mengurangi hiperglikemia postpandrial dan perbaikan nilai hemoglobin
A1C (HbA1C). Konsumsi ekstrak daun kelor pada pradiabetes dapat mencegah
terjadinya diabetes melitus tipe 2. Daun kelor mengandung berbagai polifenol
dan flavonoid, termasuk quercetin-3-glikosida (Q3G) yang dapat mempengaruhi waktu
penyerapan glukosa ke dalam darah diusus halus. Ekstrak M. Oleifera yang mampu
meningkatkan sekresi insulin pada sel beta Langerhans fungsional. Flavonoid
yang terkandung dalam M. oleifera mampu bekerja sebagai insulin secretagogues
atau insulin mimetics yang dapat mengalami komplikasi diabetes. Penelitian
senyawa fitokimia pada M. oleifera menunjukkan bahwa senyawa bioflavonoid
berperan dalam menghasilkan glukosa di jaringan perifer. KESIMPULAN
Moringa Oliefera atau tanaman kelor merupakan
tanaman ajaib yang mudah didapat dan harga terjangkau sangat murah. Banyak
manfaat yang digunakan sebagai terapi adjuvant dalam pengobatan COVID 19.
Banyak senyawa aktif yang memiliki afinitas sangat tinggi terhadap reseptor
Sars-CoV-2 termasuk reseptor ACE2, Mpro dan RpRd melalui analisis komputasi
molekuler docking. Senyawa aktif tersebut antara lain mudanpioside,
isoquercetin, hyperoside, quercetin dan kaempferol, pterygospermin, morfin,
dihydroquercetin, apigenin-7-O-rutinoside, Mudanpioside, dan dihydroquercetin.
Selain itu, senyawa aktif tersebut memiliki efek sebagai anti oksidan yang
berguna untuk memperbaiki kondisi pasien pasca COVID 19. Demikian juga efek
lain sebagai anti diabetes, anti inflamasi dan imunomodulator dapat memperbaiki
cedera organ yang sering terjadi pada pasien. dengan infeksi COVID 19 dengan
komorbiditas hipertensi, diabetes dan gangguan kardiovaskular.
